Can I pick up after hours?

Yes. We offer a lockbox self check-in option so you can pick up on your schedule, not ours.

Are airport transfers available?

Yes. We offer an easy Auckland airport shuttle to get you to the van and on your way.

Are bedding and towels included?

Yes. Sheets, duvets, pillows and towels are all included. Kitchenware and essentials too.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. We believe in transparent pricing. Everything is included upfront — no surprises at pick-up or drop-off.

Is unlimited mileage included?

Yes. Drive as far as you like across New Zealand — unlimited kilometres included in every hire.

Is there a minimum or maximum driver age?

No age restrictions apply. As long as you hold a valid driver licence, you're welcome to hire.
