Everything you need for an easy road trip is included. Your hire includes bedding, towels, kitchenware, cooking equipment, outdoor table and chairs, unlimited kilometres, roadside assistance, and a self-contained campervan ready for New Zealand travel.
Our cancellation policy is included in our Booking Terms and Conditions on the website. Our cancellation policy depends on how close the cancellation is to your pick-up date.
As a general guide, cancelling earlier gives us the best chance to rebook the vehicle, so the cancellation fee is lower.
We will always try to help if your plans change. Date changes depend on availability and may affect the total hire price, especially if the new dates fall in a different season or overlap peak travel periods.
Yes. Extra drivers can be added as long as they meet the licence requirements and are listed on the rental agreement before driving. We currently include an extra driver free of charge.
Yes, our campervans can travel on the ferry. We recommend booking your ferry crossing early during busy periods. We can also provide information about our Bluebridge ferry discount where available.
Yes. Please return the campervan reasonably clean, with rubbish removed, dishes washed, and the toilet and wastewater emptied.
Extra cleaning charges may apply if the campervan is returned excessively dirty or if the toilet/wastewater has not been emptied.
Yes, tolls are included. This is one less thing to think about while you travel.
For pick-ups between May and September, we provide a complimentary winter pack to keep you warm and comfortable. This includes extra sleeping bags, a heater for use at powered campsites, and a hot water bottle.
The winter pack must be requested in advance and is only available for bookings during these months each year.
If your driver’s licence is in English, you can usually drive in New Zealand for up to 12 months without an IDP. If it’s not in English, you’ll need an IDP alongside your licence.
Should you have a digital driving license – which is not from New Zealand – you must also have an international driving license.

Send us a quote request with your travel dates, number of travellers, and any plans you already have. We will confirm availability and send you a formal quote. Once you are happy to proceed, your booking is secured by paying the required deposit.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and hold your travel dates. Your dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
A bond may be required depending on the insurance option selected.
The bond amount and how it is handled will be confirmed before pick-up. If the campervan is returned on time, clean, refuelled, and without damage, fines or extra charges, the bond hold/release process will begin after return.
You can choose an upgraded insurance option that reduces your bond and excess to $0.
Our campervans are picked up in Auckland. We also offer an easy airport transfer/shuttle service to help you get from Auckland Airport to your campervan and start your trip smoothly.
Roadside assistance is included. If you have a mechanical issue during your trip, contact us as soon as possible and we will help arrange support. Please do not continue driving if warning lights appear or the vehicle feels unsafe.
Make sure everyone is safe first, then contact emergency services if needed. You must also contact us as soon as possible. Do not admit fault or arrange repairs yourself. We will guide you through the accident process, insurance requirements and next steps.

The campervan was awesome and so easy to drive. We had such a great trip. There was heaps of space for everything we needed, and the fridge kept all our food fresh. We cooked outside most nights which we really loved.
